Our Story
We started our journey in 2018 while working at a European business consulting group that supported foreign brands entering the Chinese market. Over the next four years, we worked on nearly 100 projects, helping international companies navigate the challenges of launching and growing in China.
In early 2022, we decided to take our experience and vision into our own hands by founding Marketing Collective Asia. What began with our Shanghai legal entity quickly expanded, and by the end of 2023 we had established our Singapore office to serve clients across Asia.
Today, MCA brings together our international expertise, local insight, and a growing team of specialists dedicated to one mission: bridging global brands with Asian audiences and driving measurable growth.

Mikael has more than 14 years of experience in B2B sales and business development. Based in Singapore, he has led projects for industrial and B2B companies and drives MCA’s regional growth and client partnerships.

Vikram Jayanand
Head of Digital Performance
Vikram is a strategic marketing professional who leverages data and technology across all channels, including SEO, PPC, and Social, to deliver true omni-channel experiences to customers. He has extensive experience working with clients from the UK, EMEA, and SEA regions, delivering projects for SMEs as well as large organizations, including government clients.

Ainsley Tao
Senior Key Account Manager
Ainsley brings over 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and digital execution. Having worked in Europe and Asia, she specializes in SEM, SEO, social media, and PR, driving growth for both B2C and B2B brands.

Tino’s career spans 15 years in market research and consulting. He has delivered over 200 reports and specializes in data-driven insights for B2B and B2C clients through digital channels, focus groups, surveys and expert interviews,

Voss Yao
Senior Art Director
Voss has worked with hospitality brands such as EDITION Hotels, St. Regis Hong Kong, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. She has also worked with luxury brands like Seletti, De Beers and multiple boutique brands.
